Suicide Training Instructions

CERTIFIED EMPLOYEE INSTRUCTIONS
(Teachers and Administrators)

1. Right click on this link and choose open in new window: CERTIFIED EMPLOYEE SUICIDE TRAINING

2. In the middle of the page, you will see courses... under courses click the first link...2019-2020 National Version.

3. You will then create a new account.

4. You will be sent a confirmation email.

5. Once you confirm your password. You will click enroll     
    me.

6. You will then complete the pre-evaluation, introduction,
    modules 1-4, and the post evaluation.

7. Print the certificate.

8. Complete the Suicide Training form by Digitally Signing your name and clicking submit.

NON CERTIFIED EMPLOYEE INSTRUCTIONS (Teacher Assistants, Bus Drivers, Cafeteria Workers, etc)

1. Right click on this link and choose open in new window: NON-CERTIFIED EMPLOYEE SUICIDE TRAINING

2. Click on Training at the top of the screen.

3. Click on Two-Hour Courses under WHERE TO START.

4. Click on View Course under Youth Suicide:"A Silent Epidemic" (Module 5) 

5. On the Youth Suicide: "A Silent Epidemic" (Module 5) Page...Click on Take this Course

6. On the Login screen choose REGISTER to create an account.

7. Work through Chapters 1-5, Review, and Quiz

8. Once Quiz is completed...Print Certificate at the end of Training at the top of the page labeled Certificates (Gray Tab)

9. Complete the Suicide Training form by Digitally Signing your name and clicking submit.
