The Mississippi Teacher Residency Program offers selected aspiring educators the opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled University faculty and School District Personnel as a Resident Teacher to earn a Master's Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education.   Upon completion of the MTR program and achievement of successful licensure requirements, the residents will be eligible to receive a MS educator's license.
